Lot of loose ends in ASAP Implementation, lies after lies by our CC Members.

Greetings of the day!  Pranam!!

If we closely observe the developments, we could understand that there are lies after lies uttered by our Central Council Members regarding the 

Implementation of ASAP.  It only reveals the inefficiency or failure of our CC Members time and again.

The dreams of all the surveyors were shattered now due to this incompetent team. All the lies they spread during the last one and half years

are now being exposed and open to the public domain.  All members have been fooled and taken for granted during the CC Election.

One thing I do not understand is that the Master Circular is issued by IRDAI in June 2024.  Now our President Mr. Rishi Bhasin has talked in

the Zoom Meeting of 09-10-2025 that the Ex-Supreme Court  Chief Justice Mr. D.Y. Chandrachud's verdict or legal opinion in June 2024.  I really 

not understand how come our Supreme Court has tabled this matter in the VERY SAME MONTH.  Generally our Supreme Court takes more

time in some cases even a couple of years to decide on certain issues. I strongly feel that Chief Justice Mr. Mr. D.Y. Chandrachud verdict/ opinion

is highly valuable and generally he will verdict in the larger interest of the society/mass.

Anything and everything IIISLA wants to drag the matter to the Court/Legal Opinion etc. etc.  In the first place we should sincerely EXPLORE all

the possibilities to sort out the issues amicably.  How many rounds of meeting our President Mr. Rishi Bhasin & his team had with the new IRDAI Chairman & CGM regarding this ASAP issue?  How many rounds of meeting our President Mr. Rishi Bhasin & his team had with GI Council Chairman?

Let our President Mr. Rishi Bhasin arrange to forward us the following:

1. Copy of Mr. D.Y. Chandrachud's verdict or legal opinion in June 2024,  

2. GI Council's Letter  to IRDAI/IIISLA objecting the ASAP Implementation,

3. Legal Opinion of our Delhi Advocate which was flashed in the Zoom Meeting.

A SERIOUS AND MEANINGFUL DISCUSSION AND REVIEW  IS THE NEED OF THE HOUR.  DEFINITELY NOT A  CASUAL DISCUSSION  IN THE

ZOOM MEETING WITHOUT SHARING THE ABOVE THREE DOCUMENTS TO THE MEMBERS.

All our dreams of ASAP are TOTALLY SHATTERED  AND WE ARE BACK TO SQUARE ONE.  It is REALLY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE for all the members.

This only reveals that our CC members are not capable of handling any given situation like MEMBERSHIP ISSUES which everyone knows about.  Take

the case of Appointing the Zonal Heads without election.  After being pointed out, the newly appointed Zonal Heads have been removed and earlier Zonal heads

have been reinstated.   Why is this happening?  Why are the Elections for Zonal Heads and Chapter Heads not being held till date?  Whether it is NOT DUE?

One sincere request to all CC Members " if you cannot deliver the results, it is better you hang your hat and resign".
