Working of IRDAI Re: SLA-62672 / LICENSE RENEWAL PENDING

Dear friends,

With efforts of Member of Loksabha Sri Mohan Mandavi Ji, surveyor license of Mr. Mohan Singh Manju of Rajsthan, issued by IRDA with in three days while it was pending in IRDA since Dec 2020 (approx 5 months). It is anti surveyor working of IRDA.

I cant understand, without any requirements, license issued with in three days when a MP raised voice inform of IRDAI Chairman. It is a solid example to make complaint of IRDAI DELHI officials.

We should vocal against IRDAI licencing Deptt Delhi.

SLA 62672, Surveyor name Mohan Singh Manju,  has been submitted all documents Dec 2020 but it is still under process. His license also expired in Feb 2021. He is regularly requested to IRDAI Delhi. 

Madam Anubha Sharma AM Surveyor deptt IRDAI Delhi reacted in 5th March 2021 and advised to wait till Tuesday. Sad part of states is that many Tuesday passed but SLA still not renewed.  

 Hard copy of all documents received in IRDA Delhi office in Feb 2021.

About 4 months past but there is no action taken. It is not good sign of governance.

I am requesting you, kindly look in to the matter and renew the SLA in this pandemic era.

The copy of this mail is marking to Hon'ble Member of Parliament Shri Mohan Mandavi Ji in connection with his letter to Chairman IRDAI no. 887 dt: 22.12.2020 and reverted by Chairman Sir vide letter dt: 28.12.2020.

Dear Mr, Vipin Shukla ji, 

Congratulation for helping our brother in need. please don't take otherwise and  Nothing towards to take away any credit of your achievement but while going through the trailing emails it appears that the licence expired in December and member has several time approached IIISLA PRESIDENT AND IIISLA ADMIN, and they have didn't bothered to even respond. 

Does this mean that IIISLA PRESIDENT and ADMIN IIISLA are not listening to members call and never bothered to fulfil the members need. So, my request is to first clean our own house before blaming any agencies. and make IIISLA ADMIN & IIISLA PRESIDENT RESPONSIVE TO EACH AND EVERY MEMBERS CALL.

Now , coming back to main issue it appears that IRDA licencing office is not considering even council of iiisla because just to get licence renewed person has to apprach BIG POLITICIAN. 

isn't it a shame ful for iiisla ?

any way thank you on behalf of that member because i have also made followup with akash and nimisha and generally they are listening to my email or phone call but in this particular case,  didn't get any response from them.

MAKE EFFORTS TO MAKE IIISLA ADMIN MORE RESPONSIVE TOWARDS SUCH TASK.   PLEASE ASK YOU ADMIN ABOUT NUMBER OF REQUIREMENT / GRIEVANCE RAISED BY MEMBERS AND RESPONSE GIVEN BY IIISLA ADMIN SINCE JANUARY 2021. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED THAT ADMIN IS DOING NOTHING EVEN TAKING HIGH SALARY FROM CONTRIBUTION SUBMITTED BY HARD EARN MONEY OF MEMBERS. (REGARDING ADMIN RESPONSE I HAVE SHARED FEW EXAMPLES WITH YOU ALSO)

What do you want to communicate with this message. You and your other council members are elected by members and you shoul be our voice. Raise the voice or make a complaint to chairman the way you think. 

But the fact is that our own elected members connive with IRDAI staff and are happy that any their known friends get licence renewed timely. Infact one such IIISLA elected representative had been working as agent of irda staff. 

I worked for long that licensing system is streamlined, but then one council member silenced my voice and asked irdai not to allow any one to enter irda office. 

I am afraid such weak leadership may never bring desired results.

If letter of MP is required to influance the IRDA for renewal of licence then it indicates that all is not well, why we need to influance if all procedure has been completed in time.

What our representative are doing in IRDA, where is our help desk, all is just on papers, nothing is working fine, shame on our representative body
