Unless a white paper is prepared on this institute one cannot justify the usefulness of this institute for its members till now and later.

Dear Friends,
I am not against anyone but I do not understand the purpose of very existance and continuance of IIISLA?What is the need of it?And can we not remain Surveyor without it?And What good it had done for Independent Surveyor Fraternity? So I kindly request if anyone who can explain all these things please explain.I do not understand uptill now just following all others and paying both the subscriptions regularly and reading all the emails of allegations on each other without failing in it.
With Best Regards

Dear Sir,

I do agree with your views that a white paper has to be prepared to highlight the function, role and services rendered by IIISLA.
Without a clear vision we are sailing for an unknown destination for all these years. No clear cut policies and procedures.

Generally the Home Page of any organisation will be very brief and it covers the very purpose of the organisation and its role and vision in five to six sentences.  "If we look at the very Home Page of IIISLA under the Head " ABOUT US"  it talks about the appointment of  Surveyor and Loss Assessor as per Section 64UM(2), for a loss exceeding twenty thousand rupees (it is totally wrong as the limit is Rs.50,000 for motores and it does not say about non-motor claims limit), visit of the surveyor to the loss location, and what all the surveyor will be verifying, advise of surveyor to the insurer regarding loss minimisation, improvement, the main objects (covering 5 points), incidental objects to the main objects (covering  13 points), role of the surveyor (covering 17 points) and finally two concluding paragraphs."  Is it the way to write information under the Head " About Us"?  Anyone who is visiting our web site will laugh at the way it is written.  It needs quite a lot of improvement.  Under the Head "About Us", we have to explain the very purpose and role of our organisation within 5 to 6 sentences.  Our people are requested to visit other sites as to how to present it properly.  Not only the Home Page, a lot of improvement is required in other areas also.

Now it is the time for Election.  I humbly request all to select the leader based on his/her dedication and contribution to the IIISLA.  Definitely the old players ( CC Members ) have literally spoiled our organisation and also involved  in wasting IIISLA money on litigations/court cases and softwares (a route to siphon the money).  How stupid it is to file case against IIISLA by spending IIISLA money by the Elected Representatives.  This is nothing but the height of the stupidity.  The very purpose of IIISLA is to spread the education, promote/enhancing the members interest by discussing the current developments happening around us through the release of periodicals, magazines etc.  The past CC Members have miserably failed to perform these duties and deliver things to the members during the last two and half decades which is definitely not a very small period of time.

The need of the hour is a new leader/s who is more dedicated, not simply adorn/decorate the chair/s, and who can deliver the promises made in the election, and take all the members and our institution to the new heights.

Best Regards & Thanks,
K. Balasubramanyam
