Dear Sir,
in dependency of loss adjustment application have been biased by the Indian Institution by making the depreciation clause as policy contract Than can we blame regulators or custodian of insurance premium. ----- we should say------" NO"----. because promising commitment of the Indian Insurance Globalisation / untouched market penetration can not rely on the existing loss assessor's institutional body, who do not have open data source / available database/ R & D / articles for the approximation of the depreciation rate in an environment of hassle free / dispute free / transparent opinion  and may cause obstruction for the GOI object.
So, Depreciation clause have become the policy contract which have been sportingly exploited by the most the virtual surveyor for the benefit/favor of their business potential / promotion and categorised surveyor have been victimised to  fatch out the secured assessed opinion -  resultantly ISOLATION from MARKET INFORMATION.
How is it called democracy that being an poor Indian citizen I can not avail the NO DEPRECIATION POLICY.
WHY I will pay the depreciation part from my pocket on insurance claim. whereas, it is the problem of car manufacturer / dealer / insurer / loss assessor / financier , it is a re-instantment policy that should be indemnified on replacement of equivalent spares.   .........  PL CHECK 2ND SPARE PRICE LIST BOOK LIKE AUDATEX / AUTOMOBILES INSTITUTIONS IN THE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES.

we have lot lot of to say in order to restore the all adjustment assignments under the rescue of categorised surveyor only.

awaited for more opinion.
