Sir,
Let us think wide with global concept.
  1. IIISLA have proposed 1 lakhs student surveyor within one year of minimum illegality B.Tech / MBA
  2. training of student surveyor as per IRDA Format can be conducted by Fellow member only.
  3. NO IIISLA Fellow member will give training to IIISLA student surveyor in IRDA FORMAT  if his working experiences under surveor is less than five years
  4. NO IIISLA Fellow member will give training to IIISLA student surveyor in IRDA FORMAT  if he is attended less than 500 nos online boot camp (one Hour courses ) 
  5. IIISLA have introduced with several online boot camp officially from fellow surveyor's like http://www.codehubindia.com/MockTest
  6. from online boot camp student surveyor can attain webinar and subsequent online mock test  / online certification likr from http://www.codehubindia.com/MockTest
  7. e.t.c.
in future Fellow surveyor will have lady trainee driver to be xyz / abc r / research fellow in IIISLA different regional testing center  and get licence to be desktop surveyor ar broker/ irda / insurer / surveyor. it is not false but having lot of application at http://www.codehubindia.com/carrier

In my opinion training to any surveyor should be in a transparent manner. Now all knows how training are given and training certificates are issued. Personally I feel that first the trainee should approach the local unit/ Chapter for Student membership and the trainer surveyor should only train the trainee having the student membership. The trainer should also inform the Unit/ Chapter about the training in details.

Some times back I had observed that one Mr. Govinder Kapoor (name might be known to many) is training multiple trainees across the country. Somehow I had the opportunity to meet one the trainees (employee of the same surveyor firm) and he informed that he had never met the trainer surveyor during his training period. This is how the trainings are provided. If the above rules were mandatory, this could have been restricted. However I had already informed the concerned authority during my tenure as CC member but any action is still unknown to me. But I confirm all the very soon I will be able to collect the entire training details of the concerned training.

Regarding employee of Insurance companies, we have no right to object to any training but we do the right to interfere if he is a member of IIISLA and also we do have the right to not grant membership to such trainees.

Query is regarding corporate surveyor employee and not corporate surveyor firm itself .
I have come across such few instances.

Dear Verma ji,

Your information is absolutely correct. Mr. AR Ramesh and myself had already uploaded the list in mail boards, however for ready reference I am enclosing the current list of trainee and trainer list uploaded in IRDA Website. You may go through the IRDA website where you will find current as well as the previous lists.

My appeal to Vermaji and other members, please go through the list and if you find any such person who inspite of being an independent surveyor is training an Insurance employee, unmask him. Their intention is to murder the profession. They might be giving excuses but the main objective is to gather jobs from Pvt. insurance Companies by keeping them happy. This is murder of the profession. Some say that they are not aware of the profession which are not at all true, even if true why should the entire fraternity suffer because of lack of knowledge of one or two black sheep.  Murder is always punishable whether doing knowingly or unknowingly, even attempt to murder is also punishable.

I demand strict action against these kind of people and any soft action will only bring the authorities under doubt.

I have complained about one such case to the President and as per information he is taking strict action, let's see whether loud thunder is followed by heavy shower.
