Dear Sirs,

My Survey License No 8325 has expired on 20.02.2025

For renewal of my licence I have started sending the required particulars from January 2025 itself.

I have sent several reminders and sent letter by Regd. A.D. to the CMD of IRDAI also.

I am not getting the fees for the surveys conducted since my license is not active and I am not able to release the Survey Reports for the surveys completed.

Kindly do the needful to renew the license.

I have already send a mail to the help desk for which I have not received any reply.
