ASAP Implementation......"Nail in the Coffin"

Greetings of the day!! Pranam!!!
After repeated follow up and writing Emails, our Central Council members took a few hours away from their busy schedule and conducted the Zoom Meeting yesterday (09-11-2025). Great round of applause for our CC. But the SAD part of it is conducting the Zoom Meeting within A VERY NOTICE, that is informing about the meeting on the same day around 11.30 a.m and conducting the meeting on the very same day at 3.00 p.m, WITHOUT PRIOR PROPER NOTICE, for which our CC Members are known for. No proper planning.
Our Regulator, IRDAI has issued the Master Circular Ref. No. IRDAI/NL/MSTCIR/MISC/90/06/2024 dated 11-06-2024 regarding the Implementation of ASAP and given us the IMPLEMENTATION OF ASAP by 31-10-2024.
IRDAI thought a reasonable time of FOUR AND HALF MONTHS is sufficient to implement ASAP by IIISLA with the help of GIC. By our failure we are admitting the fact that we are INCAPABLE to implement ASAP in FOUR AND HALF MONTHS TIME. Now our President Mr. Rishin Bhasin has come out OPENLY on the Status of the Software and ASAP implementation. From his briefing it is very clear that even after ONE AND HALF YEARS , WE ARE BACK TO SQUARE ONE ON ASAP IMPLEMENTATION. This is the HARD FACT.
If our President Rishi Bhasin has NOT STOPPED/CANCELLED THE SOFTWARE CONTRACT of the previous vendor, there are EVERY POSSIBILITY that the ASAP might have been IMPLEMENTED BEFORE THE RETIREMENT OF THE PREVIOUS IRDAI CHAIRMAN. By our President's action, IIISLA NOT ONLY LOST RS. TWO CRORES MONEY BY WAY OF BANK GUARANTEE, BUT ALSO RESULTED "NAIL IN THE COFFIN" THE ASAP IMPLEMENTATION. In a hurried manner our President has cancelled the Software Contract of the previous vendor, but the same fire is not to be seen in implementing ASAP.
When replying to one question asked by the member in zoom meeting, Mr. Rishi Bhasin has replied that the New Regulations supersede the previous regulation. Why the same MINDSET/REASONING not with him when the IRDAI has removed the LEVELS like Licentiate, Associate and Fellow through IRDAI December 2020 Notification? Is there any Notification subsequent to this December 2020 Notification on levels?
Our CC has to function in a mature way. What is the urgency in appointing the New Zonal Heads without election and subsequently removing the newly appointed members and reinstating the old members? Why Zonal Election and Chapter Election is NOT HELD ......IS NOT DUE?
As of now ONE YEAR delay is caused due to various reasons. Wouldn’t IRDAI think that IIISLA is very INCOMPETENT/INCAPABLE? Wouldn’t our IIISLA IMAGE be getting damaged? What are we trying to PROVE? Is it a ROCKET SCIENCE?
I joined the Zoom Meeting midway due to lack of prior notice of the zoom meeting. I request our CC to share the Letter of GI Council objecting for ASAP and also IIISLA's reply to IRDAI through the Delhi Lawyer.
