Dear Sir,

          As per my understanding one does not have to pay the IIILA subscription for getting/renewal of the SLA license. Means there is no need of IIISLA , it should wind up and committee should be formed to dispose of its assets and distribute among members.

This appeal ironically I found very funny from Mr Bhasin as I remembered he blocked @800  members including me and when asked for reason of blocking so many times he gave no reasons or reply and behaved  like a dictator and not unblocked the members to deposit the subscription to keep their membership active / good standing and now the situation has arised that he has to appeal to members to deposit the subscription.

He is conveniently silent over the dilution of act vide which IIISLA membership is mandatory but the circular states that as per amended insurance  act 42D your licence will be renewed every year subject to the subscription of IRDA and no documents are required  , one time registration is enough and certificate of registration will be issued to the intermediaries nowhere they have mention about IIISLA membership which clearly indicates that the overlapping of power between IRDA and IIISLA has been taken care of and now wether member will deposit the subscription fee of IIISLA is there discretion , which doesn't ban them from renewal of licence to act as SLA. 

This is a very big slap on the face of the current Leadership of IIISLA but still the president,s approach is as if nothing has been lost very pitiful position for a noble institute which unfortunately gone into the hands of  manipulators. 

What will be the fate of IIISLA your comments please.
