This is false statement and hiding the facts. Main Intent is to invite him in Punjab Seminar and promote his personal relations. 

I wish Mr.Singh CMD comes and his reply will be worth hearing like Jodhpur GM reply that limit is going to be in raised. 

Let us see that do Punjab lions show their resentment on subscription increase or they put Singh with their name only for name sake
