Dear freinds,
We, the surveyors of Lucknow are facing many type unfair collections by claim deputation related persons. I, personally wrote a email to all DGMs/CRM of PSU insuarance companies but no reaction shown from other side.
After a month, Durga Pooja festival will start and we again will face forcefully collections. Just after, DEEPAWALI KA PAWAN PARV TO ANA HE HAI.
Can I know the trend in your areas.

Dear sirs,
It is a matter of great shock that an insurance institute [not related with GIC surveyors] is pressurizing all the surveyors working with GIC through their Branches/Divisional/Claim hub in-charges to deposit Rs. 2000/- each as a contribution for publishing the souvenir/ donation.
This is common practice of this institute to collect the money by some or other way. I, personally feel that no surveyor should be compelled to deposit the money in such a way. If any surveyor wants to donate anything, he may be contacted directly instead of those in-charges or claim dealing staff who are directly or indirectly involved in the deputation of survey job or instrumental in allotment of survey work.
I, therefore, requested all of you to advice the in-charges and claim dealing staff not to pressurize the surveyors for undue/unfair collections.
Such type activities always invite a foul practice in the insurance market.
Please note, target of about Rs.5 lacs is fixed to your in-charges for such type collections.
Your prompt and effective action will help to stop this unfair practice.
