- companies can better devise their marketing strategy and place
themselves in better position at H.O. R.O. of insurance companies,
individuals have limitation (nowadays almost impossible as everything
is centralized and local offices do not enjoy such powers anymore)
- companies can pull in resources to combat difficult times, raise capital,
- equip their surveyors with tools and knowledge bank to upgrade their
performance
- surveyor gets a chance to do survey of a higher limit even if he is
not holding it
- you have a consistent inflow of work as company mostly

Dear Shaileshbhai,

I am interested to work with Company or to form company,is it feasible at mofusil area like Jalgaon as district place?
I am working in MOTOR-C from last 10 years, since it seems difficult to get other deptts & also GIC cos. did not revise financial limits, we all grade C surveyors are loosing more jobs.

This is major failure of IIISLA or might be some peoples want tobe remain us in same position for their financial benefits,

I appeal victim surveyors to get united & do something for betterment of our profession,

Dear Brother,
You are right, Independent Surveyors face more problems. Company
surveyors have more hands and more power. Why not unite our self at
area level and create companies. regarding limit my limit not revised
from last 12 years and things are going in the same way for others
also. we have to empower IISLA so that right people reach there and
work for betterment of surveyors.

dear Zawar,
You are reading the posts regularly. Pick up people across india who
really are affected by the dogmatic process of CATEGORIZATION and
still wish to work in the field with honesty and integrity, make a
team and we sit down together to draft our format of operations all
over india.

dear naresh,
with due respect i want to acknowledge your sincerity of purpose. But
differ from you in the direction of work. I think it is high time
surveyors think out of rut solution to the recurring problems. Don't
become a slave of system, iiisla is an institute floated by irda with
the help of vested interests and these people will never allow it to
function the way it should. I think you and others are wasting their
time and energy on this subject. Enough is enough now.

We have to unite outside iiisla and with the pressure of non iiisla
members only the iiisla can be brought to sense. You must learn how to
get your work done by the same people who spoilt the culture of
institutionalizing the survey work.

In short, DON'T BECOME SLAVE OF THE IIISLA AND WORK YOUR WAY UP TO
SUCCESS. GOI HAS TO LISTEN TO A FORCE THAT IS OUTSIDE IIISLA, I
REPEAT.
