Friends,   Please find attached labour schedule for commercial vehicle of TMI.     With regards.   Vipin Kumar Shukla, Panel Surveyor/Lucknow, +91-9415002675    Dear All,   The accident rates published by TMI are attached below. Kindly note the same if not communicated by TATA Motors Insurance.   Part 1: Defined Jobs :                     List of 49 Jobs involving removing and refitting. Part 2: Man Hour rates:                 Jobs not defined in Part 1, would be considered under this section. To arrive at the Labour for a job not defined in pat 1, the Man-hours required to repair would have to be multiplied by the Man-hour rates provided in Part2 (Where there is dispute w.r.t Man hours required for a particular accidental job, the decision of Local Service Engineer of TML will final and binding on Insurance Company).   The rate are effective 1st September 2012 and are binding on all Insurance companies empanelled under TMI.   You are requested to kindly communicate the rates to your respective workshop staff   Where Insurance companies are not settling claims as per the Labor rates or negotiating with Dealer workshop on the rates, you are requested to kindly instruct the dealer to immediately take up the issue with TMIBASL with a copy marked to you.   TMIBASL representative accountable for ensuring claims settlement as per agreed Labour rates are as under. 1.       Kunal Gupta                       08976004520      Kunal...@tatamotorsinsurancebrokers.com 2.       Anil Sharma                        09223500103      anil....@tatamotorsinsurancebrokers.com 3.       S. Dear Sir,

To get entry in TMI panel You have to accept the schedule 1st.

here is no need of surveyor & Loss Assessor.

 

We are having lot of contradicting points as raised earlier and level of scam will go in double. and meaning to post further about the calculation basis.

 

MNC can sweep the existing practice on one sweep.

Please mentioned at first coloumn of labour charge shedule for which the are specified
i.e.1) Chasiss stripping or cabin assy or front axle assy or electrical wiring or engine assy
This will be quite help full.

yes it is so easy as a book of 200 pages have converted to two pages. as we are bonded with their empanelment .  What we can do now as we are at dead end of 21 st dec 2012. Do You beleave ?
