TEAM FILING SO MANY CASES AGAINST IIISLA BUT DID NOT THOUGHT OF A SINGLE CASE ON ISSUES OF MEMBERS LIVELYHOOD

Dear Friends

In continuation with my previous email  I am updating / alerting members 

These  cases are against IIISLA by Lalit  Gupta , JL TIku and  Team  which  includes following   matters

 

1. Against CC election 2019

2.  To seek STAY  on  AGM 2019

3.To appoint  administrator  on IIISLA

4.Against  Upgradation of  members

5. to seek STAY  against removal of Lalit  Gupta  from IIISLA for misconduct regarding his  disqualified  DIN [  copy attached ]

6.Writ petition filed by Mr Yogesh Patil against IIISLA When he lost election of chapter council last year complaining the use of IIISLA name  and now President Vice president IIISLA compaigning for him.

And SO ON--

So many cases against IIISLA for personal greed  BUT not asingle case against

1. NO SURVEY LIMIT SHITED FROM INSURANCE ACT TO Surveyors Regulation  in the hands of Regulator with subject to Hammer/ revision after each three yrs.and first revision in 2015  from 20 k to 50 k took away 60 percent earning of  surveyors 

2.Qualification criteria  depriving diploma holders from doing FIRE AND MARINE survey.

( We fought both these issues whether in CC OR NOT) in the interest of livelihood of our fraternity.

Dear Mr Yogesh

If your version is true and your mentor is now President Why you are not able to show any such case with IIISLA MONEY I have filed for my personal gain.

More over I have tried hard to follow Co act and not What IRDAI  says as per thier whims and fancy .

Hope you will forward such information from your mentor who are utilising AGM video clips for campaigning ( as usual your TEAM  thinking above  the LAW).

Member are wise enough to understand don't take them for granted

As for as my case is concerned , there was no any need to appoint a lawyer by IIISLA,being a lawyer , you miserably failed to understand this and in a hurry appointed a lawyer on our cost to safeguard your team where Hon.Delhi High Court didn't allowed your lawyer to utter a single word also.

Use of IIISLA LOGO and name were restricted by the then late President DCS Raju sir wide his letter which you also repeated again in your tenure as a National President endorsing my point that use of IIISLA Logo and Name are unehical .

More over you didn't allowed our admin to provide the complaint no.also to us when myself alongwith few aggrieved zonal/chapter contestants sent many mails to admin .The same is yet pending sir .

Finaly, as per verdict of Hon.Delhi High Court, based on affidavit of your appointed lawyer , iiisla logo /name are not registered property of iiisla .

Existing president/vice president are following you only since you had also taken active part in recent Zone/chapter elections held in 2020 when you were iiisla secretary .

Hope you will come up with the real expenses of your extension court cases in frt of we common members ......so that same can be get cross verified with the appointed audit committee as resolved in recent AGM .

हर बार की तरह ही इस बार भी ईसला काऊन्सिंल के इस चुनाव में भी मेरे जैसा हर एक आम सर्वेयर फिर से वही आरोप - प्रत्यारोप का गन्दां खेल देख रहा है ।

 

हमेशा हर चुनाव में यही देखने में आता है कि सत्ता में बैठे ग्रुप के लोग और सत्ता सुख लेने के बाद बाहर हुऐ ग्रुप के लोग, एक दूसरे पर ईसला फन्डं के दुरूपयोग के आरोप लगा कर अपना फर्ज पूरा कर लेते हैं ....... आजतक ना तो कोई भी किसी पर इल्जाम साबित कर सका और ना ही किसी पर कोई एक्शन ही हुआ ।

 

अब तो ऐसा लगने लगा है कि आरोप - प्रत्यारोप के इस खेल को खेलना हमारे नेताओं के लिऐ एक रस्म अदायगी जैसा बन चुका है क्योंकि वो जानते हैं कि एक दूसरे पर कीचड़ उछालने के बावजूद, घूम फिर कर सत्ता फिर उन्ही में से 10 - 20 लोगों के हाथ में ही रहनी है । 

 

किसी के पास गिनवाने के लिऐ ना तो पिछली कोई उपलब्धि है और ना भविष्य के लिऐ कोई रोडमैप है । 

 

मजे की बात ये है कि हर चुनाव में जिन दो चार मुद्दों को खत्म करने के नाम पर कोई भी नेता एक आम सर्वेयर से वोट मांगता है, चुनाव जीतने के तुरन्तं बाद वही नेता उन सब मामलों में हिस्सेदार बन कर खुद भी मलाई चाटना शुरू कर देता हैं ।

 

अगर बाकि सारी समस्याओं को दरकिनार कर के भी देखा जाऐ तो आज एक आम सर्वेयर की सब से बडी़ समस्या है लाईसैन्सं रिन्युल के समय होने वाली फजीहत ........ इसलिऐ मैं बडी़ बडी़ डींगे हांकने वाले अपने नेताओं से पूछना चाहता हुं कि आजतक वो इस ज्वलन्तं समस्या का कोई स्थाई समाधान क्यों नंही करा सके ?

 

ऐसा शायद इसलिऐ है कि नेताओं को तो इस प्रकार की कोई समस्या आती नंही और एक आम सर्वेयर को क्या छोटी बडी़ दिक्कतें आती हैं ......... हमारे नेता लोग ये सब जानने की कभी कोशिश ही नंही करते ।

 

इसलिऐ भाई लोगों हर साल चन्दें की पर्ची कटवाओ और आराम से घर बैठ जाओ क्योंकि आज जो नेतागण आप से "वोट दो - वोट दो" कह रहे हैं, मुझ से लिखित में गारन्टीं ले लो, कल कोई भी छोटी मोटी जरूरत पड़ने पर इन में कोई भी आप का फोन तक नंही उठाने वाला है ।

Pl refer my previous mail where in details of cases with Pention no etc already forwarded to members not a single case in that which you are mentioning for extending tenure .If you are not  able to understand that pl consult a Legal expert instead of making wild allegations .

Tenure is as per Company Act and we followed that and no body is above LAW.

Pl talk about Delhi and Kanpur account in which 58 lakhs  was withdrawn unauthorisedly and pointed out by "Anandam co " also which is biggest hindrance in getting Chartered status to Institute.

All queries regarding accounts were replied and resolved ,  it was not adopted because few members from your panel notoriously appealed for negative Voting AND BECAUSE OF SUCH DISTRUCTIVE APPROACH AGM is adjourned and Now have to face repeat AGM which wuy cause  expenses @ 8  lakhs rupees because your ignorance and lack of knowledge members money will be wasted .. Already because of this adjournment  per day 5000 rupees fine is being levied from 1st Jan 2022 on Institute and the Present President is busy in complaining for election and sharing AGM partial  video clips  recordings ( which is also a violation of code)BUT who cares as this TEAM is known for Violations of ethics and rules.

Mr. C K bhatia has file complaint against process of last election, his main point of complaint is 

01. multiple voting from single IP

02. email from non encrypted email

and other few points

in this election also above two points are not taken care of and now as a prudunt member of iiisla i love to see the approach of Mr. Bhatia...if he is genuine then he shall file similar complaint under section 5a of RPCEC but if he is puppet of some one then this time he will keep mum against same violation.
