Dear Admin - IIISLA,
Pl. refer the actual time bound within which the Membership of IIISLA (whaever, mainly Student Membership) should be recommended by the Unit and mainly from the Chapter. If anybody Unit Co- Ordinator and/ or Chapter Chair - holder(s) are not capable to recommend and can not furnish the cause of either non- recommendation of the aspirant or delay from the chapter within the periferri of maximum time line, then pl terminate his/their capacity and handle the case directly. from HO either through H.O via Zone level office bearer/s or through the local surveyor/s you have the list of names. It is not my suggestion to IIISLA H.O or Council/s, but its the Question of our Survival.
When, we see, everyday our no.s of Surveyors are diminishing by untimely death, illness or incapability, and meanwhile by the hammoaerage and bleeding of LICENSE RENEWING SYSTEM ALSO by the Authority and non- cooperation from insurer- insured - repairer and other stake- holders. In this time if anybody aspirant comes in our profession to overcome the lacking of professionals in this field, that would be a faint hope over our erosion. And everybody from our fraternity without considering group/s, politics and lobby, should welcome him. From every end of our experience we encourage his prosperity.
Mr. Soumen Banerjee, a purely unemployed young Engineer (B.Tech - Automobile), residing 15-20 km. far from me, is an aspirant to our profession, and we are dreaming new hope to revive our profession and live in future for long days by him. But he get trapped by the ill- intention of our Bengal Chapter Chairman, which causes the demanding papers/documents again and again from their end which he already submits to you also. From the Greater Kolkata Unit the Co- Ordinator (who is the Secretary also in the chapter as well) himself delayed 3-4 months to recommend to Chapter (is this the Time Line?). Then Chapter is asking 2 times submission of documents, which already submitted three times to them with an e-mail loop to you. How these guys are behaving to an new entrant from poor needy family, basically a qualified - unemployed boy in the age group of our son. The Co- Operation is a word of very far to these guys, who can not perform for a post of institution, but illusion is there to hold 2-3 posts.
I, myself is very cautious and choosy to select the trainee from the society. Only needy well qualified to match with requisite qualification to become a surveyor and purely unemployed person/s are under my training/s.. Hence I, myself as an Executive Body Member Of IIISLA AOA Amendment Sub- Committee, object to this type of mal-practice with ill-intention and demanding papers frequently (sometimes money) from the aspirant. And thus their filthy demand, purely unnecessary to institute and very much unwanted delay to enter into profession for aspirant, and mainly creates obstacles to increase our strength, yes strength by population.
I strongly demand their resignation without any further delay. Or, If covetousness of chair bind them to resign. Admin, please sack them from these posts of recommendation, which are used by these type of guys for their personal interest and wealth.
