LESSON OF PARLIAMENT ELECTION RESULTS FOR IIISLA LEADERS----

This is the public, it knows how to keep the leaders/parties in their place. Ignoring workers, letting officers run amok, imposing burden on the middle class, pressurizing businessmen with taxes and not listening to the voice of the public has cost the ruling party dearly. If they don't wake up in time, the situation will get worse.

 The leaders of IIISLA should learn a lesson from these parliamentary election results. The public knows how to bring everyone to their place. It is not that the public doesn't know, how to dent professions while being in power, threaten members, increasing subscriptions, not listen to members, promote LAA behind the scenes, public understand all the things.

 The leaders of the ruling and opposition parties of IIISLA will have to take these election results as a lesson. This is also a warning for the unruly leaders of the ruling and opposition parties of IIISLA. You may be capable of committing atrocities or conspiring for a month, two months, four months or a year, but in the end you will have to seek refuge in the public. There is still time, mend your ways.

 IISLA leaders of the ruling and opposition parties should take these parliamentary election results as a warning. The same public has taught a lesson to those who recklessly trample farmers with their Thar vehicles.

The profession is moving towards darkness, work actively and united for it, otherwise the key is in the hands of the public. The public demands are-------

 1- The increased ISLA subscription should be cancelled immediately and those who have deposited this subscription should be refunded or adjusted.

2- Claims of estimates above Rs 50,000 are being made by in-house employees to private insurance companies; IIISLA leaders should organize and put pressure.

3- Whatever actions have been taken like ED and CBI, they should be withdrawn immediately. I want to tell you, the action of ED and CBI in the parliamentary elections has been taken as a challenge and IIISLA members will also adopt the same path.

4 - Clean the image of IIISLA in the eyes of the Regulator and maintain cordial relations with IRDAI.

5 - Members are being harassed in the renewal of surveyor license; bring it to the notice of IRDAI Chairman. The Central Government will be formed in the next few days and I will become active again.

6 - Leaders of both, the ruling and opposition parties are requested not to take any repressive action. Otherwise the power of the member's vote is infallible; it never misses its target.

 Today, when the profession is in dark zone, the future of all of us is in the dark, at this time, I, Vipin Kumar Shukla Surveyor Lucknow UP, request the leaders of both: the ruling and opposition parties to improve their conduct and take steps in a transparent manner to save this profession.

ये पब्लिक है पब्लिक, नेताओं/पार्टियों को औक़ात में रखना इसे आता है। कार्यकर्ताओं को इग्नोर करना, अफसरों को बेलगाम छोड़ना, मिडिल क्लास पर बोझ लादना, व्यापारियों पर टैक्स का दबाव बनाना और जनता की आवाज को न सुनना भारी पड़ा सत्ता पक्ष को। वक्त रहते न चेते तो हालात और बुरे होंगे।

 इस्ला के नेताओं को संसद के इन चुनाव परिणामों से सबक  से लेना चाहिए। पब्लिक सबको उसकी औकात में लाना जानती है। सत्ता में रहते हुए प्रोफेशन को डेंट करना, मेंबर को धमकाना,  सब्सक्रिप्शन को बढ़ाना, मेंबर की बात न सुनना, परदे के पीछे LAA को बढ़ावा देना, ऐसा नहीं है कि ये पब्लिक जानती नहीं है ।

इस्ला  के पक्ष और विपक्ष के नेताओं के लिए इन चुनाव के परिणाम को  सबक के तौर पर लेना होगा। इस्ला के  पक्ष और विपक्ष के बेअंदाज नेताओं के लिए यह चेतावनी भी है। महीने, दो महीने, 4 महीने या साल भर आप अत्याचार या षडयंत्र करने के काबिल हो सकते हैं लेकिन अंत में पब्लिक की शरण में ही आना है। अभी भी समय है, सुधर जाइये।     

 पक्ष और विपक्ष के इस्ला नेता पार्लियामेंट के इन चुनाव परिणामों को चेतावनी की तरह लें। अपनी थार गाडी से बेअंदाज होकर किसानों को रोंदने वालों को भी इसी जनता ने सबक सिखाया है। 

 प्रोफेशन अंधकार की तरफ बढ़ रहा है उसके लिए सक्रिय एवं  एक होकर कार्य  करें अन्यथा चाबी तो पब्लिक के हाँथ में  ही है। पब्लिक की मांगे हैं-------

 1- बढ़ा हुआ इस्ला का सब्सक्रिप्शन तुरंत निरस्त  किया जाए और जिन्होंने ये सब्सक्रिप्शन जमा कर दिया है,   उनको वापस या समायोजित किया जाए।

2- 50000 से ऊपर केएस्टीमेट के क्लेम प्राइवेट बीमा कंपनियों द्वारा इनहॉउस एम्प्लोयी द्वारा किए जा रहे हैं,  इस्ला के नेता संगठित होकर दबाव बनाएं।

3- ED  और CBI  की तरह से जो भी कारवाइयां की गई है, उनको तुरंत ही वापस किया जाए।  बता देना चाहता हूँ, संसद के चुनाव में ED और सीबीआई की कार्रवाई को चुनौती के रूप में लिया गया है और इस्ला के  मेंबर भी यही रास्ता अख्तियार करेंगे।

4 - रेगुलेटर की नजरों में इस्ला की छवि को स्वच्छ करें और आईआरडीए से मधुर संबंध बनाए जाने चाहिए।

5- सर्वेयर  लाइसेंस की रिन्यूअल  में मेंबर का उत्पीड़न  किया जा रहा है, उसकोआईआरडीए चेयरमैन के संज्ञान में लाएं। अगले कुछ दिनों में केंद्र की सरकार बन जाएगी और मैं पुनः सक्रिय हो जाऊंगा।

6- पक्ष  और विपक्ष के  दोनों तरफ के नेताओं से अनुरोध है कि  कोई भी दमनात्मक कार्यवाही न करें।  वरना मेंबर के वोट की ताकत अचूक होती है, उसका निशाना चूकता नहीं है।

 आज जब प्रोफेशन खतरे में है, हम सबका भविष्य अंधकार में है, उस समय मैं विपिन कुमार शुक्ला सर्वेयर लखनऊ पक्ष और विपक्ष दोनों तरफ के नेताओं से आग्रह करता हूं कि वह अपने आचरण में सुधार लाएं और इस प्रोफेशन को बचाने के लिए पारदर्शी तरीके से कदम उठाएं।
