WHATS happening with subscription money of common members is not being disclosed.

Two crore rupees withdrawn via bank guarantee is not yet recovered, hard earned money of common members is being manipulated and management is DUMB about it.

Will this institute survive, your views please , if you are awake and not pretending to sleep.

IIISLA is not working professionally and some are working on it like personal property. The institute is established for the benefit of surveyors and should be run accordingly.   The new team should consider the benefit of all surveyors now and work accordingly. We are few and challenges are heavy. Think with a good heart for all and leave the past behind.  Hope things will be better in future .

No disrespect to anyone in IIISLA, I think IIISLA is completely mis-managed in the PAST as well as in the PRESENT times.

I think the personalities like Mr. Rahul Jadhav, Mr. Lalit Gupta, Mr. Ashok Kumar, Mr. Yogesh Patil, Mr. Vipin Kumar Shukla, Mr. Santosh Rajanna, Mr. Rishi Bhasin and all present and Ex-Central Council Members have NO MORAL RIGHT to talk about the "HOW NOT TO RUN A PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTION LIKE IIISLA" because they are the one WHO HAS SPOILED THE IIISLA.

This mis-management and dirty politics are prevalent right from 2015 onwards.  One group taking REVENGE on the other group. 

Can Mr. Rahul Jadhav JUSTIFY his stand on de-barring Mr. Rishi Bhasin for FIVE LONG YEARS?  Why this Revenge Attitude against Mr. Rishi Bhasin?  Who has given POWER TO MR. RAHUL JADHAV?  Whether such powers are given to Central Council Members by the Articles of Association of IIISLA?  Has he referred this matter to the Regulator, IRDAI and obtained their consent on de-barring?  It is all the HEIGHT OF STUPIDITY, HEAD WEIGHT WHEN THEY COME TO POWER.

Whether such Inactivation/ Blocking of membership is not prevalent in our Ex-Council Members period?

There are many more issues which need to be addressed and corrected.

I just want to know under which Authority you have de-barred Mr. Rishi Bhasin for FIVE long years.  Whether such powers are given to you by the Articles of Association or delegated to you by IRDAI?  You are saying this matter was referred to IRDAI.  If it is so, can you share the correspondence between IIISLA and IRDAI. Whether IRDAI written to you to de-bar Mr. Rishi Bhasin?  Please share such correspondence.  You guys have not read the IIISLA Articles of Association or IMAGINED such powers are given to you.

Next, during your tenure as Central Council, no members are Inactivated or Blocked?  Are you not directly responsible for this state of affairs in IIISLA? 

Please tell me who has created a NEW class of Members called as " Licentiate"?  Whether such Licentiate Level is there in our Articles of Association?  What you SENIORS were DOING?  You guys are SELF CENTERED rather than uplifting the NEW MEMBERS.  

You are advising me about "Application of mind" before writing in social media.  How about your Application of Mind without UNDERSTANDING THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCATION OF IIISLA  and IMAGINING SUCH POWERS ARE GIVEN TO YOU,when you de-barred Mr. Rishi  Bhasin?

1.  Basically it was a complaint referred officially by Public  sector  insurance co. against Mr Bhasin for misconduct and abusing their officer .

2. The matter  was also  referred to  IRDAI  .

3. A committee  was formed under DC and under  natural justice  Mr Bhasin was  served with  Show cause  notices and due hearings were  conducted and matter lasted for more that  six  months and then after action was  taken. 

BUT AS USUAL WITHOUT APPLICATION OF  MIND AND HAVING A  HABIT OF WRITING IN SOCIAL MEDIA YOU HAVE WROTE SOMETHING WITHOUT PROPER KNOWLEDGE OF THE MATTER ,

SO IT WILL BE BETTER IF  YOU UPDATE YOUR  KNOWLEDGE BEFORE  WRITING
