Dear IIISLAian,

 
Hope you all are enjoying floods of campaign messages by our fellow contestants during this festive season of IIISLA central council election 2021.
 
This time you have to vote 01 votes in all India quota and 03 each in east, south and west zone wide zone quota, which comes to maximum 04 votes. (please remember more vote in a single category than mentioned will result in your vote void and null, so be care full, 01 in all India quota and 01 each in east, south and west zone)
 
Several self-acclaimed Godfathers have also made their choice of team to guide you without mentioning their quality, some contestants have made some team/panel with different, some are projecting them self as independent contestants 
 
Canvassing is high so as promises, blame and claim the game is also a tool obtained by one of the "strong" panels, even few have dug out very old non-relevance issues to square off their fight or to slippered someone
 
we all know that in spite of considering us of an elite group, such negativity and defaming and below the belt comments were the identity of few and they will do everything to mark their presence and/or satisfy their ego. 
 
But to my surprise, none of the so-called intellectuals have submitted their views/team with respect to the ability to perform, quality of the team,  
 
So, I, as a member and contestant of the central council from one panel "TEAM POSI'+'IVE" has decided to bring out a few past efforts of our team, so members can judge themselves and cast their vote in favour of single team and that is "TEAM POSI'+'IVE"  only 
 
I as contestant respect and value your decision and also pray to god for the victory of twelve deserving contestants to whom you preferred and cast your vote in favour.
 
For your consideration, I must submit our continuous efforts made by our team for betterment and progress of our community with an assurance that we as a team will deliver the same kind of efforts during our next term as council
 
 
Mr. Dulal Das : (East Zone)
It is very unfortunate that he is facing the elections this time. If the AOA, regulation & Companies ACT would have been followed in true spirit, his name might not have been included this time. During the one year plus in council, he proved his intelligence and knowledge about the ACT, AOA & MOA, regulations and the law of the country. He is fantastic in drafting. He has the guts to call spade a spade. He was very instrumental in defeating the proposal to increase the subscription during the covid times. Even before he was elected to council, he helped the earlier four member council by advising legally and drafting especially during the WG time.
 
Mr. Naishadh Desai : (West Zone)
He was in CC earlier and proved his caliber during that period especially when the strength of the council was four. He played a vital role in designing the official website of the Institute, designing & launching the mobile app, introducing the online payment in the Institute introducing online membership application for membership. Even beside The Institute, he has been nominated a chairman of insurance committee, co chairman of information and technology committee, member of education committee of Surat Chamber of Commerce, which tells his caliber and area of expertise.  He is powerful , have caliber to deliver within time frame
 
Manoj Bhargov : (All India)
He is also facing the elections this time for the same reasons like Mr. Dulal Das and is very unfortunate. During his short span in council he got very little opportunity to prove himself and in spite of that he took keen interest in Disciplinary affairs and education. When Regulation was under process, he played a vital role to meet the Hon’ble speaker of the Parliament & the Finance Minister of State Mr. Anurag Thakur. He alongwith me was instrumental in appointing one of the big shots of the Insurance Industry as advisor of the Institute which was later dishonoured by the others, reasons still not known.
We, ensure you to make all the efforts to regain what was lost during last one and half year which was miserably handled by some ill-minded self centred strong team.
 
So, please consider our team and give your thought on our team which consist deserving like minded members friendly Members of IIISLA
