        I have written the reminder to Smt. Sudha Ramanujam (Dy. Director, IRDA) about the corruption and fraud in the office of IRDA vide my letter / mail dated 20.06.2012 and the reply received is enclosed herewith for your kind reference.

Regreatfuly due to the vested interest of the officers of IRDA, the issues never take up with the concened insurance companies. Being a insurance regulator it is the moral duty of the IRDA to protect the rights of insurance policy holders but your office is working in favour of private insurance companies. if your goodself will not replied my letter properly with in seven days then i will take up the matter against the Chairman, IRDA in the supreme court of India. The IRDA Office is nothing but only a big corruption house because in each and every matter you say that this does not come under the preview of IRDA. I request you again to take up the issues with the concerened insurance companies.

It appears from the stance of the IRDA officials that they want to keep nothing in black and white.Why not a representative of IRDA visit you in person with their views in writing on points raised by you?

 

They are attempting to hush up the matter  for they must have found some truth in the issues raised by you.They could as well put their points squarely rejecting issues raised  if they are sure that no water  holds in the issue raised.
