In view of the ORDER dated 18.03.2014 by hon';ble HIGH COURT OF DELHI at New Delhi in case of Dileep Wangoo, Sudhir Kataria ors. vs IRDA & IIISLA ( Govt. of India ) the order contemplates that the ELECTIONS have been put under the MONITORING of the hon';ble Court as such IIISLA ( Govt. of India ) CAN NOT DECLARE THE RESULTS OF THE ON GOING ELECTIONS TILL THE NEXT DATE OF HEARING on 15.10.2014.

In view of the above WE HAVE DECIDED TO INCLUDE YOUR COMPANY as a PARTY to this CASE. Furthermore, you are hereby advised to kindly DEPOSIT IN SEALED COVERS ALL THE BALLOTS RECEIVED BY YOU WITH IRDA, Hyderabad immediately on 05.04.2014, under intimation to us the PETITIONERS, failing which appropriate legal proceedings may be initiated as appropriate as required.

Also you are advised to provide all documents pertaining to your appointment as RECEIVER of BALLOTS including PAYMENTS made to you immediately failure to do so a FORMAL COMPLAINT may be MADE to Chartered Accountants Association ICAI.
