Non-renewal of license by IRDAI

Dear friends,

As I have informed in this group earlier, my license (exp. 20.02.2025) has not been renewed yet in spite of sending all the required documents several times. I have made a complaint to the Chairman and Managing Director of IRDAI and to the IIISLA Help Desk also. But there is no response. Then I have made a complaint in the CPGRAMS Portal (Prime Minister's Grievance Cell) to which IRDAI has sent a reply that the issue was resolved. Since I have not yet received the license, I have made an appeal in that portal itself. I have sent eight responses, and I am giving the details in the attachment for the information of the members. Even today I have received a mail directing me to send copy of latest downloaded PAN, for which I have replied that the same has been sent several times. Since my license is not renewed the Insurance Companies are not paying me the fees for the surveys completed and I am not able to release the reports for which I have completed the surveys. If I am not getting relief from the office of the honourable Prime Minister's grievance Cell, I have left with no option than to seek legal remedies. IIISLA also did not come to my rescue.
