REGARDING DEPARTMENT RESTRICTIONS

Dear all,

regulation 2015 is already gazetted  and IRDA has already implemented  if for licence. while going through the detail requirements and criteria for any department does not have any restrictions except qualification. 

hence , i believe that restrictions of department is now no more exists and on who fulfilled qualification criteria can eligible for any number of department and can opt more then three department.

Dear all,

To the best of my knowledge and ability 

01. implementation of new law / act demises of past law / act if any 

02. Implementation of Regulation 2015 means all the past laws/ circulars / notices and act related to surveyor profession is non effective.

Now regarding department :

03. In regulation it was mentioned that any person who is fulfilling the criteria of  qualification of particular will get that department. (no other details related to department is available in this regulations.

04. this means as per regulation one can opt as many as department subject to eligible qualifications.

so, friends as per my ability i can only say that the subject is very clear and simple.

one who have qualification can go for any department and one should apply for addition of department.

now here is one clutch.

one must register training for the required department.but surveyor who had more then three department before 2001 can represent simply with the department allotment offer letter to licensing department and opt for more department any rejection must be treated as violation of regulation 2015 from the authority and can be challenged to the court of law.
