question regarding use of word "IIISLA" in name of social media group

Dear all, 

as per my belief, ability and knowledge word "IIISLA' is official and legal word  and it can be used only by the authorised / designated individuals.

since , so many year i am observing that there are some group on Google, whatsaps and Facebook which are formed by non official non designated individual or group of individuals. which is spreading relevant non relevant matters / discussions regarding IIISLA  and now a days it is used to create myth about IIISLA. 

common surveyors like me often trapped in such myth. 

Recently i have observed that some one has initiated something like pan India surveyor group and strangely more then 2000 brothers have send their wish to join for the group have maximum 256 capacity. 

so, this is my question to all :

01. CAN ANY SAM, ZAM AND LAM HAVE LIBERTY TO USE WORD "IIISLA" IN THE NAME TO FORM A PRIVATE GROUP ?

02. CAN IT BE LEADS TO CYBER CRIME AND OR  VIOLATION OF CODE OF CONDUCT OF IIISLA ?

03. DOES IT REQUIRED PERMISSION FROM AUTHORITY TO USE THIS WORD IN NAME OF ANY GROUP OF ANY SOCIAL MEDIA ?

I FOUND THIS GROUP IS ALSO HAVING NAMED "IIISLAGROUP" . BUT THIS IS PURELY TO KNOW THE FACT AND NOTHING PERSONAL.
