Hi Everyone,
From Last around 15 Years, I am doing surveyor’s Job and always I used to be having problems to submit the Reports on time I need to work on late nights to complete my work daily Here are the some pin points I used to face, and I think most of the surveyors too face this 1) Report creation takes lot of time and chances of typo errors in manual work 2) If more than 100 parts are there, then almost gone case, so lengthy and time consuming 3) Changes in Estimation or bill also require lot of modification and calculation in Reports 4) Every time I used to check my formulas and calculation in each report 5) Formatting of Reports, and formatting of report on each and every Report 6) Daily Status and MIS Reports to Managers 7) To Keep the Record of all data for Future reference and for IRDA 8) Tracking of Images for each report 9) It was very difficult or I can say almost impossible to search the old reports and Images 10) Track of Income (Revenues and Expenses) and Data for Service Tax 11) Last but not least, no time for family I found the solution for all my problems and of course more than my requirement in one Tool, MSMS (Motor Survey Management System), Developed by Gyanam Infocom From this April I am using this Automated solution and Enjoying my life, I am submitting all my reports on time with no errors and in very less time to create Reports After long time I went on holiday with my family without tension of work and returned today only, so I thought to share the secret of my changed and happy life with you I Paid 1000/- at the time on installation and now I am paying Just 1000/- rupees per month. They might have done a good job in generation of the said software but they got to work on there behavioral aspect also, coz last eve only one of our senior surveyor called up on the given nos. & the response that he got from there was not worthy.
So do not market for such agencies / companies who do not have respect for surveyor fraternity.

Dear,
You are right, misbehaving with our senior surveyor is not tolerable, going to sell there product to our surveyor fertinity & misbehaving with the same. Regrading rates of software monthly wise are on much-much higher side in my opinion.
In future they will give there services, who will take there guarantee are the promoters brothers responsible for that as my past experience regrading this is not good, as there motto is sale the product after service no one be available.

I find this reply from MSMS very pathetic. Whatever the circumstances may be, their reply is undesired and unsolicited. Instead of replying in this manner, they should have taken such criticism in their stride and given a broader publicity to the software. I tried to download from the link, which did not work. I tried to find out the website from I could download, but was unable to do so. I have not to talked to MSMS, but looking to their terse and in-courteous reply, the company has shown their non professional side. Now it is upto the surveyor fraternity to accept them with their attitude or not. It is also true that the charges of Rs. 1000 per month is very high. It translates to almost Rs. 12000 per annum and for every five year renewal of SLA almost Rs. 60000 apart from first time installation charges of Rs. 1000.
I do not know who are the people handling MSMS, but if they want to ride big, reduce the price, say, Rs. 5000 for first time installation and Rs. 3000 per year renewal. Also put the demo with 5 free reports on your website. Let people try the software and then let them write back to you as feedback or query. If you find the person is worth talking over telephone, you call up, why such nasty replies on board. You are not dealing with one person here, recommendation and opinion matters here, which in your case started excellent (courtesy Mr Kamal), but your own reply has tarnished it. I feel sorry for MSMS management.

Whether you buy or not the software, but i felt that i should show the other side of coin also.
Here, i want to highlight that, we never share our customer's confidential information, and we request you all please don't ask such information, because we don't want to hurt someone by saying NO.
We are sorry to say that we are removing our software for free download, because we also can't manage with such grouping and conclusions based on one side story.
We respect all industry/Jobs not just one.

I appreciate the development in the software.
But something online is disheartning. The date " Which you are not supposed to disclose to others for professional ethics" is shared with some remote agency. The same date may be used against you by some third party.
I do appreciate good efforts from software developers, but Professional commitments are more important.
To enlighten you all.
Since 1996 I have been data base softwares . Started with D base, then Foxpro and now in MS Access.
All my data since I bought my own computer i.e. since Oct 1996 are available in database.
I am not a soft ware engr. But I think MS office has all the things Only It is upto you to use it.
One More important thing- I have been seeking soft copies of estimates from all dealers since 1999 in whatever form and picking up data with part nos. and generating my reports from the data acquired through e mail from the repairers.
