Pls give your opinion on the validity of the attached D/L for the claim of Three Wheeler Pick-Up.

I am not able to make out what that T S R stand for.
In Maharashtra, the back side of licence mentions the following
catagories. Pl check up with local RTO.
Regret to say say that I could not attach the jpg image( pl help me
out in this matter.

Dear Members,

I have been observing the responses. For more clarity, I would rephrase the query as:
" Is the D/L valid for Three wheeler (Transport) meant for carrying goods as the R/C of the vehicle classifies the vehicle as Light Goods Vehicle?"
 The enclosed D/L has been issued only for Private and Passenger carrying category.

Further views are invited please.
