querry on CAR POLICY.

Dear members,

The claim is lift irrigation project to supply the water to different tanks through pipe lines & sum insured of the project is Rs.600.00 crores. Recently, due to blockage of man hole due to dust and mud, the entire man hole bursted and exploded & also damaged to one water pipe line. The estimated loss submitted by contactor is Rs. 15.00 lakhs.

Hence, please advise me what are the documents collected in this claim from contractor sir.

Please also give your opinion, which peril is covered in this claim sir, i.e. bursting or explosion or flood and inudation sir.
