Experience: 3 - 5 Years.
Location: Thane, Mumbai.
Education:
B.Tech/B.E.   Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics, Diploma   Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics, Post Graduation Not Required.
Role: Engineer / Senior Engineer - PLC Software.
Functional Area: Engineering Centre.
Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience in any Process Industry. Automobile Paint shop experience will be preferred.

2. Understand P&I Diagram and function logic for Process.

3. Understand Conveyor Flow.

4. Knowledge in automation and body flow algorithm of Roller bed, EMS, I-Beam Conveyor, Power & Free Conveyor, Elevator etc.

5. Thorough knowledge in Siemens (S7-300, S7-400), Rockwell (Control Logix, Compact Logix), Mitsubishi PLC (Q03 Series) series PLCs programming, commissioning.

6. Siemens TP/OP and Rockwell Panel-view programming and commissioning knowledge.

7. SCADA (Elipse E3, Rockwell SCADA, Siemens SCADA) developing and commissioning will be preferable.

8. Knowledge in Function block based program development.

9. Thorough knowledge in different kind of communication configuration and distributed IO system based on CC Link, CAN Open, Profibus, Profinet, EtherNet-IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet etc.

10. Commissioning knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell & Mitsubishi make VFD, Softstarter etc.

11. Must have good communication verbal / written skills. 

12. Willing to work under pressure and meet key targets.

13. Knowledge of PLC selection.

14. Possess adequate leadership.

15. Handling a commissioning team of four at site.

16. Initiative   Pro-active and works well with a minimum of guidance and supervision.
