92nd Annual General Meeting
The 92nd Annual General Meeting of the Cleveland Scientific Institution will be held on Monday 4th November 2013 at 5.15pm in the University House Boardroom at Teesside University. Notice was duly posted as required in the Evening Gazette on 11th October 2013. Agenda is attached.
The Report and Accounts to be approved are those that were sent to you for the last Council Meeting. Attached
Please note that the AGM is open to all members of affiliated societies. Would you please arrange for your Secretary to inform your members.
Please could you confirm your attendance or send your apology to me at: j.sh...@tees.ac.uk. Would you also let me know of any of your members that want to attend and if attending please will you send them copies of the agenda and papers as attached.
