FREE training in schools visits from Middleborough College

In response to suggestions from a few of our industry contacts, Middlesbrough College is organising a training session for industrialists and academics who would like to work with schools but are unsure where to start. This session will cover a range of topics and will hopefully provide you with the skills and confidence to host a site visit, deliver a session in a school or plan a project with a college. It will also include information about the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Programme at Middlesbrough College.

This session will run during the afternoon of Wednesday 5th February at Middlesbrough College, starting with lunch at 12.30pm. It will be delivered free of charge to delegates, but non-attendees or those who cancel late will be charged £100 for the course fee.

If you are interested in attending the course, or booking on for any colleagues, please complete the attached booking form and return to Helen Talbot H.Ta...@mbro.ac.uk . There are a limited number of places on this course, and we will be filling it on a first come, first serve basis. We may be arranging an additional date for this course in March if numbers are high enough, so please let me know if the training is of interest, but 5th February is not a convenient date.

If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with Helen.
