I am getting the same warnings whenever I start insteon-terminal.  I just installed insteon-terminal on OpenHABian 1.7.1.  OopenHAB is v3.2.0 running on Raspbian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye) with python 3.9.2 and OpenJDK Runtime Environment Zulu11.54+25-CA.  I only installed ant since OpenHABian automatically installed Java.

It looks like the problem is in Jython (https://bugs.jython.org/issue2822) which appears to be loaded from lib/jython-standalone-2.7-b1.jar.  Jython 2.72 is available and is supposed to fix a lot of the warnings, but I have no idea if I can safely replace the existing version delivered with insteon-terminal.
