Help On Verboice installed locally

Hi Team,

I have installed verboice locally on my machine (3.1.4) using the verboice image in Virtual box on Ubuntu (18.0.4).
I have used the default credentials to login.

Can you please help me on the next steps i should follow to use this. How to use this further to create a test application to use my locally installed verboice on VM.
