Many crash when changing channels

Server apps crash often when changing channels. It happen more often when watching tv from my galaxy s3 than my ipad. I am using 4 hdhomerun atsc tuners.

I have tried the beta server version, and it is worst. It crash almost every time I use it.

Can you zip and email us the log file? You can access the log file in 'Setup'->'Diagnose' page. We will take a look and let you know if there is any problem.

Hello Mike, 

Could you install 2.2 beta1 and send us the log from 2.2 beta1 instead? 2.2 beta1 generally is more stable and it produces more detailed running log that is more helpful when diagnose issue.

ok, now I installed the beta version. On my galaxy S3, most of the time I have this error. The server apps does not seems to crash, but with my ipad it was crashing often.

Thanks for the log. On your galaxy s3, do you have any ad blocking app installed? Sometimes ad blocking app prevents communication with InstaTV Server.

On my galaxy, it is working with the official server version. It is doing this only with the beta version.

Also, with the beta version, and my ipad, it crash right away whne I start a stream. The log is attached.

To resume:

Official version = random server app crash. Android and ipad have no problems.

Beta vesrion = Crash when streaming to ipad. android app said can't communicate randomly.
