I am running windows 7 64 bit on a i5 2500k CPU ,everything works
great with media Center, but when I try Telly from iPad 99% of the
time stream starts and stops, I am running hdhomerun regular with two
tunners.
When the stream stops, the hdhomerun tunner led starts blinking and
after a minute or so turns of.

Hello Cyberma, 

Could you please zip and send a copy of the 'log folder' on TellyServer? To find the log folder, click  'setup' button then click the 'Log Folder' button. 
We will take a look to find out what went wrong.
