InstaTV-Pro no currently available on ony of the Apple stores

I have a number of mates that have purchased HDHomerun devices and need an ap to stream its content to their iPads and iPhones. Can you give an indication of when the licensing issue will be resolved and when the product will be made available again on the Apple store?

I need the app on the Apple Australia and Apple UK App stores.
