PROJECT INCHARGE / PROJECT MANAGER (BUILDING)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sound knowledge of all BUILDING works - like Execution, Planning, Finishing activities, Government billing (PWD, Municipal Corporation)
• To check with the vendors whether the work is progressing as per the planned time.
• Project Execution: As per defined quality, budget, timelines, SOPs
• Cost Management and Budget control: Monitoring execution expenses and balance cost to completion
• Site team management
• Meeting timelines for defined plans
• Project Review Reporting: Regular monitoring of construction and regular updates/ MIS to to Director & Management

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Male Candidate
• Candidate must possess skills like Decision Making, Time Management, Team Handling, Conflict Resolution, etc.
• Education : Diploma/Degree/Post-graduate
• Must have handled PWD & Municipal Corporation projects only
