• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in US healthcare domain.
• Expert level proficiency in core healthcare revenue cycle functions including charge and payment
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects and drive the team to results.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ownership driven and results oriented
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Should have handled a team.
• Excellent client handling skills.
• Communicate effectively and clearly.
• Ability to stick to time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Solutions-minded, compliance-minded and results-oriented.
