We are looking for a very talented Content Manager who is buzzing with creative ideas to drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities
- Understand the target audience and drive strategy for content marketing to maximize outreach, drive measurable growth and community engagement.
- Work with key stakeholders to define content strategy for all channels.
- Build and execute the content calendar for different platforms such as Insta, Fb, Linkedin, YT, Blog, etc and execute them.
- Oversee and manage all social media channels.
- Develop, write and produce educational and information content (around health) for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.
- Assign blog posts to writers and external resources
- Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Proofread and edit written pieces before publishing
- Manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines, and assign resources and coordinate with graphic designer, writer etc
- Manage paid campaigns and different channels.
- Take a big-picture approach to content, constantly coming up with new coverage ideas and initiatives
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of quality, style and optimized for search and user experience
Skills & Requirements
- 2 + years experience in content and 1-3 years of experience in leading and managing teams.
- You should be extremely good at writing copy and proofreading.
- Willingness to work in a small team and flexibility with scope of work.
- An attitude of getting things done and delivering ontime.
- Self-motivation with a passion to work with minimal oversight and accomplish the job
- You need to be organised, detail-oriented and creative
- General knowledge of digital marketing (i.e. Paid Search, Social Media, Email, and SEO) and key platforms and trends (i.e. desktop, mobile, video)
- Expert in using and managing different social platforms like insta, YT, FB, mailchimp, etc

Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
