The primary job role of Telecaller executive is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Skills & Qualification
- Good English speaking , written communication and interpersonal skills
- Very detail oriented and thorough
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of basic computer systems
- Accurate data entry and data processing
- Clinical experience preferred
- Email writing skills will be and added advantage.
- Should have good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Qualifications:
- Candidate should be okay to work from office.
- Freshers and undergraduates can also apply
Immediate joiners having good communication skills will be preferred
