Job Roles and Responsibility
- · Preparing Cheque process,taking approval till deposited in bank.
- · Labour salary book & salary process.
- · Preparing payment list
- · Filling of Payment voucher,receipts & expenses vouchers
- · Third party FD and DD & cancellation process
- · Arrange for the receipt and payment vouchers for verification-when required
- · Bank Reconciliation (of all banks)
- · Maintain petty cash
- · Site expenses check & booking (For query coordination with site engineer)
- · Staff Salary book and booking and arranging salary sheet
- · Check status of sundry creditors
- · Checking GST payment list
- · Vendor/Labours etc. taking approval with concern HOD.
- · Having basic GST knowledge
- · Coordinate with senior accountant.
Required Candidate profile
- · Candidate should be having 3+ years experienced in same type of company or any.
- · Excel is must
- · Tally is must
