Event Propensity Issue

to Instant BQML and Vertex Users
We have implemented event propensity model. Audiences have relected on the GA4 Panel. Users were populated for IOS users but Android users were not able to be populated. Events have not reflected on the GA4 panel as well. What are we suppose to do? We are looking forward for your support.

We are looking forward for your support. churn event have not been reflecting for 3 weeks. How can we deal with that?
