Hello Google team,

This morning I have reviewed the audience size in GA4 after a month since the last update, and I noticed that it has not increased significantly compared to last month. Additionally, the "Last Updated" date still shows as October 18, when it should reflect updates through November 14.

I checked the two pipelines involved, which are scheduled to run daily. The last activity for the training model was recorded on November 10, while the prediction pipeline’s last update was on October 18. There do not appear to be any errors with the pipelines, but I am unsure why the updates are not showing as expected.

Could you please advise if I need to reset or reconfigure the pipelines to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us about the issue you're experiencing with your GA4 audience size and last updated date.

It appears that your prediction pipeline has been stuck in a running state. This can sometimes happen and prevent the updates from showing as expected.

To ensure you're running the most updated version of CRMint and to resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
  1. Redeploy/Upgrade CRMint:  Please redeploy/upgrade the CRMint application by running the following command in your Google Cloud Shell: bash <(curl -Ls https://raw.githubusercontent.com/instant-bqml/crmint/master/scripts/install.sh) master --bundle
  2. Reset CRMint: After upgrading, please click the "Reset" button on the Settings tab in CRMint. This will refresh the pipelines and ensure they are running correctly.
Following these steps should resolve the issue and allow your pipelines to run more reliably. Please let us know if you encounter any further problems or have any questions.

Hi there,

Thanks for your fast response. I have reinstalled the CR mint and reset the pipelines as suggested. The current status is IDLE. What should I do for next steps?

Hi,

Thanks for confirming you've reinstalled CRMint and reset the pipelines!

If your pipelines are already set to run on a schedule, they'll automatically execute at their next scheduled time. You don't need to take any further action.

However, if you'd like to run the prediction pipeline immediately, you can manually trigger it by clicking the "Run Pipeline" button for the Prediction Pipeline. Keep in mind that even if you run it manually now, it will still run again at its next scheduled time.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
