iBQML | Demand Gen not performing | Recommendation Required.

Hi Team,

We recommended using iBQML audience to their Demand Gen campaign to one of our clients, specifically concerning a non-performing Demand Gen campaign.

Key Issues Highlighted:

• Audience Usage Discrepancy: The media team recommends using GA4 Lead Propensity Audiences in Demand Gen campaigns rather than PMax campaigns, citing concerns that PMax may not pass exact targeting signals. Google's final suggestion is needed urgently.
• Campaign Underperformance & Audience Volume Discrepancy: The Demand Gen campaign has been live for almost two weeks without generating leads. There's also a significant discrepancy in audience volume between GA4 and Google Ads that needs to be investigated and resolved.

In GA4, they are seeing around 161K Audience size however in GAds they are seeing only 70K only on Display for the rest[gmail & Search] i.e 8.2K

• Lookalike Audience Implementation Challenges: When attempting to create and exclude lookalike audiences within the existing BAU campaign, it's impossible to identify the exact audience size or the degree of overlap, hindering effective exclusion management. Guidance is needed on the best way to implement this.

We need your recommendations on how to address these points and optimize the campaign.
