Filter In Adobe Photoshop

Iam trying to edit just a few images for a job i am doing and everything is getting really frustrating, photoshop keeps crashing, freezing and just stops working right after i use the camera raw filter, every damm time, i upload the image i edit the image with the camera raw filter, i save (sometimes it saves sometimes it just freeze and never saves) and if i manage to save by the grace of god, i try to do anything else, load a new image, maybe edit a bit more maybe go to the camera raw filter again but nothing works nothig, i have to constantly ctrl alt delete to close it i tried to see if a lighter size of the image would solve the issue but no, i cheked and all the updates are up to date of photoshop and my pc also, i reset the preferences, still got the issue, any help please, i will upload some of the images i am working on

no window with send crash reports comes out, and when the freeze/crash happens i litteraly cant click anything on photoshop anymore and my only solution is to alt ctlr delete, is there a way where i can find those reports?
