WishList: more keyboard support in ISWI

ISWI v1.5 still lacks support for those of us who feel quite at home using
keyboards:
- enable Control-Insert (in addition to Control-C) everywhere (Shift-Insert
works !!)
- Dialog Editor: the tab (and Shift-tab) keys don't work (they used to, in
v1.1 !!)
- a lot of the combo boxes (e.g.: SetuoDesign-Feature-Destination) don't
work properly with the keyboard (Alt-Enter to drop down, up/down keys to
select, [Alt-]Enter to confirm
- a lot of the keyboard shortcuts (the underlined letters before fields) in
ISWI dialog boxes either don't work (probably the tab-order is lousy), or do
totally unexpected things (e.g.: in the default "AdminNetworkLocation"
dialog box, pressing "Alt+N" for 'Network location:' starts the installation
!)
- a lot of the ISWI "wizard" dialog boxes don't have shortcuts for the
N[ext]/B[ack] buttons (e.g.: the Release Wizard)
