Today ISWI offers a clumsy way of rescanning a com server by removing and
re-adding the component. This causes settings and GUID to change. And
scanning each time the project is built slows down the debugging process. We
need a rescanning option. You need to be able to right click a file in the
component and click Rescan. Then it should overwrite the registry entries.
