I Wish -- More robust command line builder

It seems to me after reading the documentation and playing the the
ISCmdBld.exe, that I have only three options for my project. These are a
large Setup.exe, a single MSI file, or an uncompressed version of my files
with a MSI file and Setup.exe. I would like to see all the media types and
options available in the Release Wizard also available through the command
line.
