There ought to be a way to have files that are included in a build if the
media selected is one, but that are not included if the media is another.
The typical use I can think of is that I want autorun.inf and setup.bmp
files included in a CD build, but not in a diskette build. Yes, I can
manually place those two files in the root of the CD build after the media
build is complete, but I frequently forget to do this.

As far as I understand, this is not currently possible. (I'm using IS
5.53.)
