Problem of installation from a CD, with IS12

I have the following problem, using Installshield Pro v12. I created
an Installation CD-ROM containing the .msi (Installshield Pro V12) and
other files under the root that I want .msi to copy on local hard
disk.
The results are that installation is OK on W2000, XP Pro SP3, but not
under XP Pro SP2 ! Under this last OS, the files are not installed.
Under Installscript, I am using the function findfile (dir_source,
file_source, svResult). I checked that the dir_source is correctly
filled (it is created from SOURCEDIR variable), file_source is also
correct. But findfile cannot find the file.
I tried with file_source = *.* also, but it does not work better.
I tried without findfile function, as I know the name of the file, but
xcopyfile function returns me the same problem : it cannot find the
specified file.
Do you have a solution ?
