.NET Installer Class in InstallShield 12

Is there any change how .NET installer Class are executed in
Installshield 12 from installshield 10.5.
What I have noted is previously it was launched in same process but in
IS 12 new msiexec process under "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" account is
created and installer class is executed in that process.
