no. you'll have to learn how to use the iis admin objects. iis stores all
configuration data in a proprietary data store called metabase. you can
change anything programatically. There are two ways to approach this:
1) create a vb com object and utilize this inside of installshield 6 or
later.
2) shell out using lauchappandwait() to call a vb script.

i chose method 2 because iis comes with lots of vb script samples and i was
in a rush.
