Run another IS Setup from an IS setup ?

Is there a way to pass parameters like Setup.exe -l<lang-ID>
in LaunAppAndWait or a DOInstall functions?
Like, LaunchAppAndWait (sTargetDir ^ "OtherInstall\\setup.exe -l040c", "",
WAIT)
B'cause this does'n seem to work.
After it is finishes the parent install, it just waits (does nothing) at the
LaunchAppAndWait line
These are IS 5.53 setup's .
